The Ministry of Health recommends that anyone who has visited these two places on these days immediately contact their health care provider.

People potentially exposed to these dates, if they are infected, may develop symptoms as late as May 14th.

Measles is easily transmitted in the air when someone coughs or sneezes. Symptoms include rash, high fever, cough, runny nose and red, watery eyes. It can also cause serious complications such as pneumonia and swelling of the brain.
