OnePlus has already started its expansion in the United States and the partnership with T-Mobile could do wonders for Chinese society. The OnePlus 7 Pro, while being a great product, is not without flaws, as discovered by those who bought it early.
Apparently, the OnePlus 7 Pro suffers from a problem called "ghost contact" or "ghost". If you have not already read the problem, the name is explicit: the problem causes random tapping at the top of the screen. Even though the problem does not seem to affect all the OnePlus 7 Pro, it's possible that sooner or later unassigned phones will also start to encounter the problem.
Fortunately, OnePlus recently released an update that promises to fix the ghost touch bug. We do not know yet if this will fix the problem, but we have the full list of changes, which include bugfixes and enhancements only:
Camera
- Improved overall contrast and color performance
- Improved white balance consistency of the triple camera
- Improved accuracy and stability of autofocus
- Fixed the problem of greenish tone in some low light scenes
- Fixed noise problem in some HDR scenes
- Enhanced contrast and ultra-wide color saturation
- Improved clarity and noise reduction in very wide low-light scenes
- Improved telephoto clarity and noise reduction
- Improved clarity and color of Nightscape
- Improved brightness and clarity in Nightscape's low light scenes
System
- Double tap optimized to wake up
- Resolved issues with Ambient Display
- Improved audio quality for voice calls from third-party applications
- Improved touch sensitivity for the screen
The update includes a multitude of improvements, many of which involve very important hardware components such as the screen and the camera. If you have purchased the company's flagship product, you should see the new update in the coming days, when OnePlus will begin a larger deployment.
