The pandemic has forced George Clooney to act as a caretaker for his three-year-old twins and wife, a human rights lawyer.

During a candid conversation on the Howard Stern Show this week, the Oscar winner revealed that since the pandemic forced him and his wife Amal to curl up at home, life has become like the movie ‘Mr. Mom.’

When Stern asked the actor how he got along with his wife and children, Alexander and Ella, and if it was difficult without “ the 500 nannies. ”

Stern suggested that this could be the plot of a movie and Clooney laughed, joking that it was like the 1983 comedy Mr. Mom with Michael Keaton.

In other parts of his virtual interview with Stern, Clooney spoke out against people who refuse to wear masks despite warrants to do so in several states and municipalities to help stem the spread of COVID-19.

“Your freedom is this: you are free to smoke until your lungs turn black, but you cannot do so on the bus. And you’re free to drink until your liver comes out of your ass, but you can’t drink and then get behind the wheel of a car.

He went on to say that there are guidelines that must be followed by the general public to stop the spread of the virus.

He plays one of the few survivors on Earth following a global catastrophe, and the only person still in contact with a group of astronauts, led by Felicity Jones, whose return to Earth is scheduled.

Clooney’s character tries to warn them not to return to the devastated planet, but it’s complicated by a young girl he has to care for and Jones character’s pregnancy.

The character was written to be pregnant to match Jone’s actual pregnancy. She gave birth in September.

The movie was shot in actual subzero temperatures and Clooney told Stern it was so cold those eyelids would freeze in “ 60 seconds ” after stepping out.

He explained that someone would have to physically guide him to a crew member who would warm his eyelashes with a hair dryer so he could reopen his eyes.

Scary!  Clooney also told Stern that while filming The Mightnight Sky, in sub-zero temperatures it was so cold that those eyelids would freeze within `` 60 seconds '' of release.
