Britain said “all international arrivals to the UK from any country (including UK and Irish nationals) must now pass a pre-departure test and self-isolate for ten days.”

In addition, passengers “must continue to complete a passenger tracing form and test negative before traveling to the UK or could face a fine of £ 500 each”.

The US health alert also said, “The director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) signed an order requiring all air passengers traveling to the United States, including US citizens and residents. “Passengers must also certify, under penalty of the law, that they have received a negative qualifying test result or have recovered from COVID-19 and medical clearance to travel.”

The notice says airlines must deny boarding to passengers who do not meet these requirements.
