BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – New Jersey has increased the number of publicly listed COVID-19 vaccination sites, and the state continues to announce new locations in Bergen County and elsewhere (see list of county vaccination sites below).

Health officials said not all sites are listed publicly because some are not open to the public, such as prisons and mental hospitals.
Persichilli said New Jersey currently doesn’t have a lot of vaccines available, but she expects that to change soon. Biden’s new presidential administration has said it plans to dramatically increase the number of vaccine doses available to the American public.

Persichilli said the state administered at least 36% of the allocated vaccine doses. Hospitals have administered vaccines to at least 50 percent of their health workers.
