The “Transformers” actress, 34, recently sparked engagement rumors after she was spotted swinging a large ring after a night out in New York on Thursday.
In photos obtained by People magazine, Fox was seen with a large sparkler on his left ring finger – prompting rumors that the “Swing Life Away” rapper may have asked Fox the question.
Fox and Kelly – real name Richard Colson Baker – is in the Big Apple for “Saturday Night Live”, where the 30-year-old is scheduled to perform on January 30.

The actress, 34, and musician, 30, started dating after Fox split for ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

Kelly and Fox met while filming the upcoming movie “Midnight in the Switchgrass”. They started dating after Fox separated from her husband, actor Brian Austin Green.
The former couple had been married for almost 10 years and are parents to sons Noah, 8, Bodhi, 6, and Journey, 4. Green confirmed that they separated last May, with Fox finally filing for divorce in November.

Speaking in an interview with Nylon about her relationship with Kelly, Fox explained that she saw something of “mythical proportions” when she first met the rapper-turned-singer. Mostly, she notes that she finds him looking for her to improve herself, which she finds very attractive.
