If Davis trains freely with his teammates during the training for the LeBron star team, despite the shoulder injury, it will be a major story on Saturday. Davis will also have to address the national media for the first time since his commercial request and explain his actions and intentions for the rest of the season.
Will Ferry close Davis for the rest of the season? Will Gentry last the season? Will the NBA step in and require that a healthy Davis play for pelicans? For a player who was considered to be one of the NBA's cool players before this chaos, Davis's reputation suffered from his decision to make a commercial demand in season.

Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum won the Cs title in the All-Star Weekend Rising Star Match on Saturday. The best time came during morning practice, when Tatum's grandson made a special appearance.
For some reason, Kyrie was an assistant coach of the US team, which dominated the world, 161-144, in a totally forgettable match. Tatum scored 30 and played a tenacious defense. (I'm kidding, only one of these things is true.)
Finally, somewhere, Antoine Walker smiled during the celebrity match.

Ralph Lawler is without a doubt one of the best local advertisers in the NBA. He is known to have invented Lawler's Law: the first team to score 100 points will win the match. He will also retire after this season. It is therefore very timely to receive the Gowdy Award, which rewards media members whose long-time efforts have contributed significantly to basketball.
But the question I ask every year is this: what about Mike Gorman?
Mike and Tommy Heinsohn have been a team since 1981 – no duo has been together longer. How many great games Mike has called in 38 years? And everyone likes the guy. Find someone who has already spoken badly about him. You can not
