Jen Psaki should have been banned from social networks for “disinformation”: Joe Concha

Fox News contributor Joe Concha has spoken out against the hypocrisy surrounding Jen Psaki and the White House for trying to dictate what is and what is not considered “disinformation” on social media. Concha remarked in America’s Newsroom on Monday that the White House press secretary should not be able to weigh in on censorship when she posted incorrect information on Twitter.

JOE CONCHA: Well, it might sound hyperbolic, but it really isn’t when you think about it; when you have the government, an administration, a presidential administration, working with a private company – a powerful, perhaps the most powerful communication platform in the world – determining what is disinformation and what is not is not. And when Ted Cruz just said he was talking about White House press secretary Jen Psaki, who said those who spread disinformation on social media should be banned on all platforms, if they are prohibited by only one.

TWITTER EXPLODES AFTER PSAKI URGES BIG TECH TO UNITE ON BAN ON “MISINFORMATION” SPREADERS

This is the same Jen Psaki who published the misinformation about Russian bounties on US troops. This was when she was at CNN before joining the Biden administration. It’s back in 2020… She called this misinformation, called it, a questionable, factual report, and it’s been debunked. She also said that Hunter Biden’s laptop was the product of Russian disinformation. It was another tweet. So based on Jen Psaki’s own rules, she should have been banned from social media for posting disinformation. So for the White House to try to figure out what’s disinformation and what isn’t, its track record and Facebook’s track record in terms of fact-checking isn’t that good, guys.
