BTS tops artist Billboard 100, Global 200, digital song sales chart and more with “Permission To Dance”

BTS topped the Billboard charts this week with their latest hit!

As previously announced, BTS ‘new song “Permission to Dance” made a historic debut at number one on this week’s Hot 100 (Billboard’s weekly chart of the most popular songs in the United States).

However, the song’s accomplishments didn’t end there: for the week ending July 24, “Permission to Dance” also swept No.1 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales, Global 200, and Global charts. Excl. American map.

Additionally, BTS climbed back to No. 1 on Billboard’s Artist 100 for its 17th non-consecutive week at the top of the charts, extending its own record as the group with the most weeks to No.1.

Even with the eventful arrival of “Permission to Dance”, BTS ‘previous hit “Butter” also remained strong on the Billboard charts. “Butter” ranked # 7 on the Hot 100 in its eighth week, and it ranked # 2 on the digital song sales chart, # 6 on the Global 200, and # 3 on the Global Excl. American map. “Butter” also retained its place at No. 10 on the Pop Airplay chart (which measures weekly plays on mainstream radio stations across the United States).

Meanwhile, BTS ‘long-standing 2020 hit “Dynamite” ranked # 21 on the Global 200 and # 16 on the Global Excl. American map.

Finally, “Permission to Dance” ranked # 8 on this week’s streaming song chart, followed by “Butter” at # 27.
