According to a Chick-fil-A press release, the fast-food restaurant, which specializes in chicken, now offers a multitude of keto-friendly meal options. Sure, some keto adjustments are involved (like removing bread from sandwiches or opting for a hashy bowl without hashing), but Chick-fil-A says that their keno-approved foods all contain "10 grams or less of carbohydrates". and are filled with protein "to satisfy your keto cravings for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It is also important to note that, according to the press release, Chick-fil-A also offers tons of sauces that are keto-friendly. Their garlic and herbed ranch sauce, zesty buffalo sauce, creamy salsa vinaigrette, light Italian vinaigrette, and lime and avocado ranch dressing are perfect.
Here are the nine meals proposed by Chick-fil-A as part of its keto-friendly menu, including how each meal breaks down in terms of nutrition:
1. toasted egg white (without English muffin)
Per serving: 300 calories, 7 g fat (3 g sat), 980 mg sodium, 31 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g sugar and 25 g protein.
