The Moderator:
Steve walsh is the military journalist and veterans of KPBS. He spent much of his career as a reporter for the Times of Northwest Indiana and the Post-Tribune in Gary, Indiana. On the Post-Tribune, he has been jailed in Iraq twice. As a military journalist and KPBS veterans, he contributes to Project American Homefront, a collaboration of public radio stations that focuses on veterans and the military.

This event is sponsored by the Public broadcasting company, one of the main funders of American Homefront Project. American Homefront is a collaboration between NPR and seven public radio stations that focuses on veterans and the military.
