On behalf of the earth and space science community, we congratulate the 35 recipients who receive the highest honors from AGU for their excellence in scientific research, education, communication and outreach.
These laureates – scientists, leaders, educators, journalists and communicators – have made outstanding achievements and contributions in pushing the boundaries of our science. Each recipient embodies our shared vision of a prosperous, sustainable and equitable future fueled by discovery, innovation and action. These recipients have worked with integrity, respect and collaboration while creating a deep commitment to education, diversity and awareness.
The science of discovery and solutions involves many people and teams within the community and around the world. We are grateful to the families, friends, colleagues and other supporters of our award recipients who have played and continue to play a pivotal role in their success.
AGU will officially recognize this year’s recipients at the # AGU21 fall meeting. This celebration is an opportunity for us to recognize the exceptional work of our colleagues and to be inspired by their accomplishments and their stories.
