Best Red Carpet Fashion at the 2021 Emmys: Live Updates

[ad_1]

The Emmys red carpet is back!

A year after an unprecedented remote ceremony brought party pajamas and home decor to TV’s biggest night out, there was plenty of glam on Sunday as the stars stepped out for the 2021 edition.

While the COVID-19 pandemic is not over and this year’s celebration has been downsized from normal, at least there was a red carpet this time around – and we’ve got it covered. Times photographers and fashion experts have joined forces to bring you the best looks of the night.

Bright and striking colors? Inordinate belt buckles? Duel of lunges for the legs? What about fashion’s preeminent peacock unfurling its pleated black plumage in slow motion? If anyone thought that the 2021 Emmy Awards arrivals wouldn’t be such an important visual feast this year, especially following the sleek heels so closely at the Met Gala (which was held just a few days ago on the opposite coast), they would be cruelly – and wonderfully – deceived.

Here’s a look at some of the most standout styles that hit the red carpet at the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night at the LA Live Event Deck in downtown Los Angeles. Check out the photos below.
