La Jolla bicycle theft suspect charged with 20 counts
A man suspected of a series of bicycle thefts in La Jolla has been charged with 20 counts, including 16 felonies, according to the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office.
All but one of the charges against 22-year-old Daxton Hale are burglary or theft. The other is vandalism. He is scheduled to pass a preliminary hearing on Friday, Oct. 15 in San Diego County Superior Court, DA office representative Tanya Sierra said.
