– Sixty UNC Health employees have quit rather than getting vaccinated against the coronavirus, health system officials said on Tuesday.

System officials had given workers until Tuesday to get vaccinated or face layoff, but they pushed that deadline back from Monday to November 2. Over 1,000 employees are now in place. probation and have six weeks to get vaccinated or lose their job.
