Southern cooking blog Quiche My Grits’s “Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots” combines the tangy taste of Buffalo chicken dip with crispy tater tots, two “favorite football party foods,” according to the blog.

To try it for yourself, here is the “Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots” recipe from Quiche My Grits.
Ingredients
32 oz frozen bag tater tots
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup of buffalo sauce
2 cups roast chicken, diced
1 cup ranch dressing
5 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
1. Place the frozen tater tots in the bottom of a cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
2. Cover toddlers with grated cheddar cheese.
3. Combine cream cheese and Buffalo sauce with a mixer. Beat on high power for 2 minutes. Stir in the chicken.
4. Pour chicken mixture over cheese on toddlers. Crumble the bacon on top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until it is bubbling.
6. Toss ranch dressing with half of the blue cheese crumbs.
7. Garnish the tater tots with the vinaigrette, the other half of the crumbled blue cheese and green onions.
8. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks or simply dip them and eat with a fork.
