The Fort Dodge Police Department is looking for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at the Star Convenience Store located at 115 N. 22nd St.
According to a statement from the department, an armed robbery was reported at the scene around 11:05 p.m. Sunday evening.
Investigators learned that an armed man entered the store, demanded money, and left in an unknown direction with an undisclosed sum of money. No injuries were reported.
Officers searched the area for the suspect, but could not find anyone.
The suspect was described as an adult black male, wearing dark clothing, sunglasses and a partial face mask.
