YOUNGSTOWN – Noah B. Brundidge, 26, of Austintown, was charged Thursday with one count of coarse sex imposition over allegations he groped a 12-year-old girl twice in the Boardman store Marc’s in August.
The girl’s grandfather, who lives at McDonald’s, reported the incident to police after the incident allegedly took place on Tiffany Boulevard. It was recorded on surveillance video from the store.
According to a police report, Brundidge also hurled a racial insult at a store worker and asked a police officer if he could spit on him.
The others charged on Thursday are:
• David C. Molina Jr., 21, New Hampshire Place, Austintown, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and aggravated drug possession;
• Deanna A. Dumbrys, 43, Lakewood, eight counts of drug theft and one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated drug possession, drug possession and selling, buying, distributing or delivering drugs dangerous;
• Traeshawn L. Powell, 23, Mahoning County Jail, felony assault and two counts of domestic violence;
• James T. Abanathey, 33, Mahoning County Jail, theft from a person in the protected and receiving category;
• Dominique N. Abanathey, 34, Castaway Drive, theft from a person in a protected class and receiving stolen goods;
• Kenneth L. Addison, 43, Harold Lane, Campbell, aggravated threat, use of weapons while intoxicated, domestic violence, two counts of violating a protection order and one count of obstructing official business;
• Kymetrius C. Gates, 21, Cincinnati, two counts of falsifying identity cards or selling or distributing false identity cards;
• Kevin R. Jackson, 37, Mahoning County Jail, criminal trespass and criminal damage or danger;
• Jabraylen R. Ifft, 22, West Judson Avenue, attempted murder with a firearm specification and felony assault with a firearm specification;
• Amy L. Reeves, 43, Wallace Avenue, Farrell, PA, drug theft and theft of a person in a protected category;
• Jonathan L. Czompoly, 31, Hardin Detention Center, Elizabethtown, Ky., Robbery, theft and forgery;
• Amanda D. Collins, 31, Rod Avenue SW, counterfeit;
• Jacqueline A. Garrett, 60, Elm Street, Youngstown, seven counts of forgery of documents and seven counts of forgery.
