Rumors about Poland’s exit from the EU are false news, the Polish prime minister told German weekly WirtschaftsWoche in an interview published on Tuesday.
Morawiecki said Poland has no plans to leave the EU and wants to strengthen economic ties with other EU countries.

He said the program introduced a national investment regime, tax reforms, health insurance, social protection and housing. He added that he also plans to increase healthcare spending to 7% of GDP over the next six years and introduce a tax-exempt pension.
Morawiecki said the Polish New Deal will also help Poland meet the EU’s energy transition and climate goals. “The Polish New Deal will pave the way for a sustainable economy, so that we can leave a more environmentally friendly country for our children,” said Morawiecki.
