The imbalanced assailant accused of pushing a New Jersey nurse into Times Square now faces murder charges – after the victim was removed from the resuscitation system.

Police said charges against Jermaine Foster, 26, were raised on Sunday in the death of Maria Ambrocio, who was pronounced dead on Saturday due to a head injury she sustained when Foster’s crashed a day earlier.

Foster, whose last known address is in Irvington, Jersey, also faces charges of theft and burglary.

He was said to have been in the midst of criminal madness when cops said he stormed into Ambrocio at a crossroads around 1:30 p.m.

Earlier today, police said he broke into a woman’s apartment on Sixth Avenue and 38th Street, oddly sat on her couch and ran away with about 15 $ before the cops show up.

Maria Ambrocio was pronounced dead after being struck by Jermaine Foster in Times Square. According to her family, she never regained consciousness and was declared brain dead.

He also allegedly snatched a cell phone from a 29-year-old woman on West 41st Street and Broadway before knocking down Ambrocio, a 58-year-old cancer nurse at Bayonne Medical Center.

Ambrocio was walking around Times Square after accompanying a friend to the Philippine Consulate in Midtown and having lunch with friends, his family said.

She never regained consciousness and was declared brain dead, according to the family.
