To those loyal customers whom we have proudly served for over 7 years, we thank you for your loyalty and regret that we can not continue to serve you. In the community of Ooltewah, we apologize for the fact that you were exposed to the hepatitis A virus during your meal from March 10 to 20, 2019, and for any panic, worry or disruption. We have always maintained a clean, affordable and family-friendly, family-owned family restaurant, which can be backed up by our Health Department inspection scores in the 1990s. The virus outbreak of the family Hepatitis A in our area is only visible to anyone and can be caught by anyone, wherever you are. We encourage everyone who ventures into public places to get the free vaccine from the local health unit. We also encourage everyone to do their homework on the virus. The Disease Control Centers (CDC) website offers excellent information. Fortunately, if you get it or have already had it knowingly or unknowingly, you will not get it anymore. Unfortunately, as one of our employees was diagnosed with the virus, our clientele has since refused to engage in commercial operations that can not be maintained on this site.
