Victoria's parents raised $ 234,000 for her treatment thanks to the generosity of the Norwich and Szczecin communities, whose family comes from Poland.
"She has suffered a lot all day and all night," said Victoria's mother, Marzena Drusewicz, about her recovery. "We all had enough, it was really horrible, of course, I was so scared and I did not know what was coming in. She would cry and scream so much after the operation."
Victoria and her parents returned home Monday after spending the last nine months in Florida.

Last July, the family went to the Paley Institute in West Palm Beach where Dr. Dror Paley told them that the left leg could be perfectly fixed, but that it should be there. amputate the right leg and install a prosthesis if she wanted to walk.
Victoria underwent her first nine-hour operation on July 24, when her right leg was amputated above her knee and pins were placed in her left leg before fixing the fixator.
In the following months, screws were tightened in Victoria's legs every day to move the bones into the correct position.
His second operation took place on November 13th. The bones of Victoria's left leg were fused to strengthen the leg. Two days later, she could walk again.

The family stayed at Quantum House full time during their stay in Florida.
"We did everything we planned for her," said Paley. "The rebuilt leg is very functional, it can now walk, run and play, and its result is superb."
