I consider myself to be an egg enthusiast – my favorite brunch order is Eggs Benedict, one of the first things I learned to cook on my own was scrambled eggs, and my favorite sandwich is grilled cheese with a fried egg in the middle.

However, cooking eggs at home can be a bit tricky. Scrambled eggs make dishes dirty and it can be hard not to overcook them – I hate scrambled eggs with brown spots – poached eggs are impossible and don’t even understand me started trying to make my own hard-boiled eggs.

I found out about the Dash Rapid Egg Cooker in November 2020 and ended up buying myself one for Christmas. I think sometimes kitchen gadgets can be overrated, but I’m not exaggerating when I say that it really changed the way I eat lunch. This makes things quick and easy and without a dish. Everything wins in my book.
