When the fighting stopped, Blake returned to his car and resumed his wait for the driving service, according to the police. The soldiers who responded to the call located Blake while she was still in the traffic lane and apprehended her without incident.

According to the authorities, the pregnant woman was taken to a hospital in the area for assessment and would have suffered only life-threatening injuries.

Blake was arrested and charged with second degree assault, second level dangerous threat, threatening driving, disorderly driving, reckless driving, proof of insurance and possession of marijuana. After her indictment, she was released on bail bail of $ 5103.00.
