A former campaign staff member was arrested in connection with the shooting death of former Senator Linda Collins-Smith of Arkansas, according to reported information.
Arkansas police identified the suspect as Rebecca Lynn O'Donnell, 48, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, and said that criminal proceedings were pending, reported Little Rock's FOX 16 agency.
