"In order to maintain a healthy heart and blood pressure, people must limit their coffee to less than six cups a day – according to our data, the critical point was the tipping point where caffeine began to have a negative effect on cardiovascular risk, "said Professor Elina Hyppönen. from the Australian Center for Precision Health, one of the authors of the study.
Specifically, once you have reached six cups of coffee a day, the risk of heart disease increases by 22%, according to the study.
