With the next movie 007 No time to dieParamount Pictures’ sci-fi horror sequel A quiet place II was among the first blockbusters to see their release date shifted when the coronavirus pandemic rapidly escalated in the United States in March 2020. After initially being pushed back until September 2020, Paramount rescheduled the film to the spring in April 2021 .But now this No time to die and a bunch of other spring / summer blockbusters have been postponed later this year, A Quiet Place, Part II joined them.

Variety reported that Paramount Pictures had A Quiet Place, Part II delayed again, this time in the direction of September 17, 2021. Many recent release date changes have caused studios to move films to the fall, when the COVID-19 vaccine should have given us a sense of security and normalcy again. By then, we’ve been dealing with the coronavirus pandemic for a year and a half, and hopefully we haven’t lost a lot of movie theaters during that time.

With the September 2021 release date, A Quiet Place, Part II will face the stars Murder on the Orient Express after Death on the Nile, the animated sequel The Boss Baby: Family businessand action comedy Toronto man with Woody Harrelson and Kevin Hart.

A Quiet Place, Part II is led by John krasinski and bring back Emily blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Skirt like the Abbott family as they continue to live in a post-apocalytic world where sound-sensitive aliens have forced humanity into hiding. While Krasinski’s character came to an end in the first film, he will return in flashbacks in the sequel. Here is the official synopsis of A Quiet Place, Part II:

The Abbott family must now face the terrors of the outside world as they fight to survive in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize that the creatures that hunt by sound aren’t the only threats lurking beyond the sandy path.
