Enbridge is approaching the potential start of construction in the United States for the Line 3 replacement. Line 3 is one of the hopes of Canadian oil producers to increase the capacity to deliver crude oil out of Alberta, and possibly one of the best chances for it, given that Joe Biden could act to kill Keystone XL, who was resurrected by US President Donald Trump.
