Less than 24 hours after delivery, a New York mother said her baby was removed after a positive opioid test, although she claimed she had not taken any drugs.
Elizabeth Dominguez, a 29-year-old woman from Tonawanda, said that when she gave birth at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center about two weeks ago, she was asked to provide a urine sample, who had quickly frightened him.

When Dominguez gave birth, she stated that her baby was being tested for opiates. The hospital was still monitoring the baby and, according to the protocol, would have contacted the child protection services.
According to information received at the hospital, the mother was tested positive because of the bagel and less than 24 hours later, she would have found her son, according to the station. The Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center did not immediately respond to Fox News's requests for comment.

"I felt absolutely horrible. I felt like a terrible mother leaving him, "said Dominguez about his child. I just want everyone to know that this could happen. It's such a terrible thing and I do not want it to happen to anyone. "
