The Avengers have just finished fighting against Thanos, but a group of people in California who attended Endgame could be fighting measles.
Orange County officials warned Wednesday that a woman with measles had apparently attended the "Avengers: Endgame" screening at midnight in Fullerton before she became aware of her illness.
As a result, she may have exposed other people in the area to this highly contagious disease, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The twenty year old patient lives in Placentia and had just returned from a trip to Vietnam, where the activity of measles was widespread, according to "Inside Edition".
The woman did not know that she was sick when she entered the theater at 11 pm. Thursday. She left only Friday 4 am, and she went to the emergency room later Friday.
The woman is now in "voluntary isolation" at home.
The spokesperson of the Orange County Agency, Jessica Good, told the Orange County Register that the "The risk of exposure applies to whoever was at the theater during this period."
As you might expect, theater workers are not happy to be exposed to measles and others.
"The last place I expected was my job. I did not even wait in Orange County, "said NBC Los Angeles Carlee Greer-McNeill, an employee of AMC Fullerton.
She added, "People, if you know you have measles, do not come to the movies, leave us in a public place."
