The next big news is, of course, the Galaxy Note 10 that should be unveiled in less than three months, a phone that has already been detailed in several reports. The phone should look a lot like the Galaxy S10 series when it comes to design, but it will still retain the latest signature of the Note, the S Pen Pen. According to recent rumors, Samsung will manufacture two separate versions of Note 10, each of which is also offered in 5G. On top of that, the phone should offer an improved display design, depending on a vanishing point, as well as a support for faster battery charging than ever before. However, the same author now claims that an interesting camera upgrade from Samsung's image sensor department will not reach the Galaxy Note 10 series.
Earlier this week, Samsung announced two new camera sensors that sound good on paper. The 64 megapixel and 48 megapixel ISOCELL Bright sensors look exciting on paper, but megapixels are not everything. Samsung had the habit of engaging in megapixel wars in previous years when there were cameras on its flagship phones. But for a long time, he understood that increasing the number of megapixels would not lead to a better camera experience.
According to Samsung's famous insider, Ice Universe, the Galaxy Note 10 will not use the 64-megapixel sensor that Samsung has just announced.
In response to the discussion, he added that the Galaxy S10 also does not have a 48-megapixel sensor, but that the phone's camera performance is better than any phone with 48 megapixel sensors.
Galaxy Note 10 phones should have multi-purpose main camera modules, just like high-end S10 phones. The S10 and S10 + models feature three-lens cams, while the S10 5G has four lenses on the rear. The main camera of the S10 is equipped with a 12 megapixel sensor.
At the same time, Samsung announced the other day that the new Isocell Bright sensors were sampling and would reach mass production in the second half of the year. Even if the Note 10 does not come with a 48 or 64 megapixel camera, it is likely that midrange phones from Samsung and other Android providers will use the sensor.
The Huawei P30 Pro, which is currently the main rival of the Android for the S10, features a set of three-lens cameras whose main camera is a 40-megapixel lens.
