The new Raging Bull sets a lap record for a production vehicle
A camouflaged version of the upcoming Lamborghini Aventador SVJ ran the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 6:44:97.
Previous record set in a Porsche 911 GT2 RS more than two seconds. Piloted by Marco Mapelli, the new lap record of a series car has been checked by Remak, along with a timing on Vbox-Racelogic equipment.
The company has confirmed some details about the Aventador SVJ as part of its extended campaign. The SVJ will ride on specially developed Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, although the vehicle that set the new lap record was equipped with optional Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires instead .
Lamborghini says that he has made many changes and improvements to the rigidity of the car, as well as its all-wheel drive system, the steering of the rear wheels and the adjustment of stability. He also confirmed the SVJ's weight / power ratio of 1.98 kg / hp.
