Automobili Lamborghini's worldwide shipments increased 11% from January to June 2018 [19659004] Seven years after its introduction on the market, Lamborghini Aventador has reached an important milestone in its history. The company has deployed the 8,000th unit of the Aventador off the badembly line. With the chbadis number 8,000, the car is an Aventador S Roadster in Grigio Telesto and will be delivered to a customer in Japan. Speaking of milestones, well, the Huracan also has its share of one. Lamborghini has released the 11,000 units of the badembly line supercar in the Blue Nethuns color with the chbadis number 11,000. This car is heading to the Italian market.

The Huracan, however, did not match the sales figures of its predecessor, the Gallardo, which sold 14,022 units in its lifetime which ended in November 2013. The Gallardo was the most successful models of the business and accounted for nearly half of the company's production.

On the other hand, the Aventador, which was the replacement of the Murcielago managed to sell the double in terms of numbers. The company terminated the production of Murcielago in 2010 and by that time it had sold 4099.

The Lamborghini plant in Sant Agata Bolognese has two lines of separate production: one for Huracan with 23 stations and one for the Aventador with 11 stations. While the Huracan line is more automated, the capacity is 8 cars per day which can be increased to 11 depending on demand.

However, the capacity of the factory has increased significantly after the launch of the SUV Urus. The site has already been expanded from 80,000 to 160,000 square feet. mt., thus doubling the company's production capacity to 7,000 units a year
