HARARE – Zimbabwean experts have criticized the electoral commission over the design of the presidential ballot that will be used this month

He says that this could fuel allegations of bias and ultimately affect whether election results are accepted.

The noise on the design of the ballot is an insult to the high rate of literacy in Zimbabwe.
