Our waterfront client is currently looking for a senior UX designer. This position will be responsible for creating "logic" for all tools, platforms and systems via wireframes and prototypes.
The role requires superior communication skills and involves conducting research, competitive badysis and testing with users.
The environment is changing rapidly, constantly rotating, and is expected to handle high pressure situations, while maintaining excellent quality of production on time, as determined by rigorous project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to Confirm Business Objectives and Define User Objectives and Flows
– Construct Wireframes and Convert Wireframes to Prototype functional.
– Work closely with the designers of the user interface to ensure adherence to design guidelines and best practices across all platforms.
– Facilitate user testing and evaluate user feedback
– Work closely with development and quality badurance teams to ensure successful implementation of specified designs
– Measure Measurement Efficiency of each initiative and perfect it.
– Research Interaction Design
– Trends in Research Technology
– Add New Components to Our Style Guide
– Support the Importance of Design
– Help build UCD capacity in the organization
– Develop and define the UCD process followed at the company
Qualifications
– At least 5 – 8 years experience in a post UX design (financial environment or advantageous investment)
– Experience of user interface design models and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platforms
– Relevant tertiary qualifications
Skills / experience / experience [19659002] – A proven UX experience and the ability to demonstrate how you have managed to improve user satisfaction by improving usability, accessibility and enjoyment previous tools, products or systems that you have developed. verifiable portfolio to be submitted for review
– Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user trips, written specifications, and
– Strong experience conducting research, developing 39 Competitive Analytics, Data Analysis and User Testing
– Good Understanding of HTML5, Java and CSS
– Understanding the Technical Consequences of Design Decisions, with the Ability to Do compromises, but also to defend your projects.
– Mastery of tools such as Invision, Sketch, Axure, Principle
– Experience in auxiliary design techniques such as photography, illustration, video editing.
– Solid understanding and mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools and metal framing.
– Ability to present your experiences and user designs to sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
– Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UX trends, techniques and technologies.
– Work experience in an Agile / Scrum devel system
