Melvo Hype, 29, prides herself on being a gospel MC hype, event organizer, and a brand influencer with 36k Instagram followers, KAREN MURIUKI details her trip.

Can you give us some? information about you and your path to becoming a creation?

My full name is Melvin Ondigi. I am a born again Christian.

I started as a dancer in 2009. Over the years, I've evolved to become a TV host and animator.

Currently, I run an event and marketing company called 316 Entertainment. who has an initiative called Czone, whose mission is to enrich the potentials in the media and arts industry. I also hope to become a radio host in the near future.

What did you learn from your

That you are as good as your last concert and you need to add more value to what you are offering. "No" is also an answer

One should not bend to please customers at the expense of beliefs and morals.

How did you build your suite on social media?

Create content, every day, cuts across all ages and be as interactive as possible with my online audience.

Who influenced you greatly? And how?

It must be Churchill and DJ Mo. They have learned the art of making their brands respectable and competitive. They have also framed some of the best acts we have in our country

What is your greatest accomplishment?

Working for the "Breaktime Show" as a guest alongside Oga Obinna, Nice Githinji and DJ Dskul. The event hosting Czone also adds to the list.

What do you do during your free time?

Go out with my boys or spend time with the family inside.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to

Have a clear goal and not promise what you can not deliver. Give it your best shot and do a lot of research too.

What is the story behind your brand? How and when did you set up?

As I said, I started as a dancer, and in 2011 an opportunity was presented in my church Mavuno, to be a facilitator during the services. I've taken up the challenge and, I must say, it's the best decision ever since. I live my dream

How did you get your brand to take off?

Playing as many concerts as I can and always giving the best of myself. Networking with event organizers, deejays, MCs and other artists has also helped a lot

What is the mission of your brand?

Be a mentor to the younger generation and use my gift to preach the gospel of Christ. What are your strengths that have helped you influence?

It's focused on young people, which helped me to know

What strategy would you say that helped your brand?

Being coherent and having interactive sessions with my audience

How are you looking to improve next year?

I want more network and learn through my mistakes. I also want to see what people are doing ahead of me and strengthen my team.

What about your greatest failure and what you learned from it?

Lack of planning. I learned that not planning plans to fail. All my movements are now well planned and calculated.

The most embarrbading moment on stage

I do not really remember, but just the usual "arburation" is one of them.

Tell us about a situation where you had to adapt quickly to inevitable changes on stage

I'm doing the "Breaktime Show" in Kaaga Girls in Meru County when my producer mated me said to host it, since Obinna and Nice had an emergency to which they had to pay attention. I had to go from hype man to accommodation with the deejay. The experience was amazing

An example of a situation where you did something that helped others to be more enthusiastic?

The Czone event focuses on new talents and uprisings. The joy that these actors experience after having been in front of hearings of over a thousand people motivates them because it is a challenge for them to access the platforms. 39 such a magnitude.
