Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz has fired his most trusted bodyguard Mwarabu Fighter, who reportedly complained of mistreatment by the Bongo star
Mwarabu had been the Diamond's bodyguard for the last five years. For weeks, unconfirmed reports from Tanzania claim that Mwarabu was long removed from office after complaining of being abused by his boss.
Tanzanian blogs claimed that Mwarabu had been involved in three key events that Diamond attended last month in Dar es Salaam.
BODYGUARD HAS BEEN PLACED
According to reports, Diamond decided to relieve Mwarabu of his duties after learning that the well-built bodyguard had complained about the way he was handling it.
Mwarabu reportedly complained to Rayvannys' director, Makame (Every artist signed Wasafi has a manager badigned to them) that he never has time to rest and do his own thing, always accompanying Diamond even to the functions that do not necessarily need his services.
Makame reportedly brought the complaints to Diamond and the artist was not
Since then Diamond has chosen to give Mwarabu days off and ignored him.
Mwarabu was recently involved in a road accident that saw him hospitalized

"To say that I was neglected (by the Wasafi team) could be a hard tone, However, the truth is that I did not receive no form of badistance from Diamond or WCB. Maybe they're doing it but I'm not sure of that. For now, I have my struggles on my own and I thank God that I am doing well, "said Mwarabu after being fired.
"What people do not know is that I was relieved of my duties a long time ago. I've been told to stay at home until I'm summoned, so for the moment I'm not his bodyguard, "he adds.
