The author and the local chief stumble the Netflix case
Samin Nosrat, the author James Beard Award-winning of Salt, Fat, Heat , Acid, will play in a four part of the Netflix series based on his cookbook. She will visit cuisines from all over the world, as well as cooking in Chez Panisse's kitchen (Nosrat has cooked in the past). It starts on October 19th, so stay tuned.
