Reeta Saidha investigation: "Old guidelines" used before the death of the pregnant woman sepsis

A pregnant woman died of a sepsis in a hospital that was using outdated guidelines, an investigation was heard.

Reeta Saidha was 15 weeks pregnant when her waters broke in December. She died five days later at Basildon Hospital.

The Chelmsford Court of Coroners learned that she was using sepsis guidelines in 2012 and not in 2016.
