If you've never seen Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender (or, worse, see only the dreaded adaptation of Mr. Night Shymalan's feature film), you're doing yourself a disservice. One of the most beautiful animated series of the modern era, she was full of heart, creativity and an incredible spontaneity that all her creators have done since I really caught my attention (see: Legend of Korra and Voltron: Legendary Defender) The director of The Last Airbender series Aaron Erhasz and director of the series Giancarlo Volpe have teamed up with Justin Richmond, director of video games Uncharted (another franchise I love it), for a brand new fantasy show on Netflix called The Dragon Prince. and if that sentence has not already made you hype, then you officially died for me. The following series follows "Two human princes [who] forge an unlikely bond with the elven badbadin sent to kill them, embarking on an epic quest to bring peace to their lands at war," and the first trailer The show was abandoned at the panel held for the Dragon Prince at San Diego Comic-Con last night. And it looks fantastic!

In addition to the trailer, the central trio of the show was inspired: Prince Callum (voice of Jack de Sena), his younger brother Prince Ezran (voiced by Sasha Rojen), and the badbadin of Elf Moonshadow Rayla (voiced by Paula Burrows). It was also revealed by the Twitter account of the show that the bright toad seen in the trailer is known as Bait.
