Officers were called to the Lower Esplanade, Gorleston-on-Sea, at about 11.15 Sunday, Norfolk Constabulary said.
The girl died later at the James Paget Hospital.

The incident is the latest in date where a fun day with giant inflatable structures has turned into tragedy.
Summer Grant was killed after an inflatable castle that had not been properly secured to the ground blew at an Easter fair in Harlow, Esbad, a lawsuit in
