The Honor 10 GT is an inflated version of Honor 10 which features 8GB of RAM instead of 4 or 6GB. The price is undetermined, but it will go on sale later this month -this. ( Huawei )

Huawei has officially unveiled the first phone in its range that ships a huge 8 GB of RAM. Not even his Porsche Edition phones have so much memory.

To be clear, it is an honor device, but Huawei has this mark. It's officially called the Honor 10 GT, and its predecessor on the other hand, the Honor 10, only had 4 or 6 GB RAM options when it was released in China last April.

Honor 10 vs Honor 10 GT

Save for huge RAM, the Honor 10 GT will basically have the same specifications and design as the standard Honor 10. It sports a 2,280-inch 2,280 x 1,080 LCD , and at the bottom is a fingerprint scanner in the form of a face to face button. Besides the chin and notch where is the 24-megapixel selfie camera, the screen is almost edge to edge.

In terms of internal components, the Honor 10 GT is powered by a proprietary Kirin 970 processor and a 3400 mAh battery to keep everything in order. There are also power-related features, including something called GPU Turbo, that would increase performance up to 60% while reducing battery consumption up to 30%.

Those looking for other improvements will be: disappointed because the Honor 10 GT does not really have a lot of changes compared to its predecessor. But the differences are important. Users will probably not notice these performance changes until they have done intensive tasks like 3D gaming.

A 3.5mm headphone jack is also built into the phone, which is gradually disappearing from modern smartphones, to the detriment of fans of wired configurations. The phone also supports fast charging technology and can be increased from 0 to 50% in just 25 minutes via its USB Type-C port. The Honor 10 GT runs EMUI 8.1 on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Honor 10 GT Price and Release Date

The device will be on sale July 24 at the online store of Honor and JD.com, but the price remains to be determined. Just for comparison, the 6GB variant currently goes for 2,589 CNY – or about $ 390, so expect the Honor 10 GT to cost a little more than that. We do not know yet if it will happen in the United States.
