Clearly, these are not good signs – not for Xaviant or his employees, or for someone who has seen the promise in The Culling 2, which holds the distinction of being the first sequel to a royal battle game.
This is not totally unexpected, though. Yesterday, The Culling 2 reached a point where there had been a total of two simultaneous players for an hour, according to SteamCharts.
We do not yet know what will happen to The Culling 2 or Xaviant. With a little luck, the Georgia-based studio will be able to identify a way forward during the weekend.
