Celebrities, the glittering gods of our day, do not seem to be able to function as normal people. We had a tendency to think that Brad Pitt or Matt Damon would be a nightmare if their car broke down and no one was there to fix it.
Well, if information about an airport late last weekend is worrisome, Keanu Reeves is at least one of the good ones. As documented in a tweet by the game developer Amir Blum and an Instagram account of artist Brian Rea, a group of passengers, including Reeves, landed in Bakersfield, California, during a trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
The emergency landing was done safely, but the group on board the flight was left to try to figure out how to complete the last part of his trip to L.A. A slightly skewed Twitter user @keanusgf account name, preserved Rea's Instagram clips in a wonderful audiovisual record of what followed.
Assuming the role of parent wearing the baseball cap in the terminal of an airport of his adopted children, Reeves explains in detail the situation of the trip, explaining that a bus could take them all to their destination. The next thing we see is a shot in the vehicle, Reeves reading the facts about Bakersfield ("the ninth most populous city in California and the 52nd most populous city in the country!")
