ALPENA – The future of a pair of medical marijuana stores in Alpena may be on hold, as developers selected by Alpena City Council last year appear to have doubts about opening a store in the city.

Another plaintiff, however, appears poised to move forward with a medical marijuana store in town, in the former Frank’s Key and Lock store on Washington Avenue.
