Amazon needs more drivers to fulfill its promise of shipping one day. He therefore pays his employees so that they can create their own delivery company.
Amazon announced Monday it would offer current employees $ 10,000 and the equivalent of three months of their gross salary to help them start their own delivery business as part of its delivery service partner program.
Since its launch in June 2018, 200 small businesses have joined this program and are delivering Amazon packages. These delivery partners are required to register online and invest at least $ 10,000 to open a store.

Amazon has experienced a wave of recruiting in recent months as it plans to add new delivery partners after announcing that it would reduce its fast shipping policy from two days to one day only.
