"It seemed like I was really surprised," said Ledbetter.

After soliciting the help of several licensed tattoo artists, Ledbetter found someone.

Kara Gutierrez, tattooist licensed and insured, is specialized in permanent cosmetics and removal of tattoos for four years.

Gutierrez managed to remove Ledbetter's eyebrows with a product called LI-FT, a pigment-lightening solution tattooed on the wrong ink.

Ledbetter had to pay more than $ 1,000 for the removal process.
