Nintendo announced the release date of Super Mario Maker 2.
The sequel to Super Mario Maker 2015 will be launched on June 28, 2019 on Nintendo Switch. The information came through a post on the official Twitter account of Nintendo America.
Super Mario Maker 2 will have, it seems, the complete set of original SMM1 tools (which players have optimized after launch) as well as "new tools, course elements and features," according to Nintendo.
Nintendo has also created a link to a preliminary website for Mario Maker 2, where players from the United States and Canada can place pre-orders for the game, with a "full site to come".
