INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Sunshine and summer temperatures to start our work week. Then much-needed rain is possible as a weather system moves late Tuesday and Wednesday.
High temperatures Monday afternoon will be at or near 90 for most of central Indiana. Not extremely humid and there will be a bit of a breeze so not like the 90s we had in August.
A few hours of comfortable early morning weather before it really started to heat up on Monday afternoon.
Still, mostly clear skies and warm temperatures overnight until Tuesday morning.
Still a few clouds around Tuesday so not that hot. But still 7 or 8 degrees above average.
Another very hot day with dry weather all afternoon.
By Tuesday night, FutureCast says we should start seeing some much-needed showers and maybe a few storms.
There is a slight risk of severe weather with thunderstorms Tuesday evening.
There could be a few waves of showers Tuesday night and Wednesday.
After the showers and Wednesday, our weather is starting to dry out on Thursday. A little cooler for Thursday and Friday then a warm-up for the weekend.
