Our house may be on fire, but we can not let monsters sneak through the back door

IIt would not be good if we only had to tackle one catastrophic scenario at a time. At the moment, there is a lot of focus on the danger of climate change, activists using a simple metaphor: act as if your house were on fire. Unfortunately, a roaring hell is not the only thing that concerns us. Our home is also constantly attacked by trillions of deadly monsters and, unless we stop letting the door open, they could annihilate us well before we burn.
